Okay so there hasn't been a post here for a while but life has been busy. So why not re-start this blog by noticing that Senator Obama is either insane or has an incredibly terrible memory.

The young, inexperienced senator actually attacked Senator McCain and President Bush over gas prices today (see the story here).We all know politicians like to stretch the truth but to blame McCain and Bush for high gas prices is insane.

The fact of the matter is it was Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats, which Mr. Obama is one of, who promised us "a commonsense plan to help bring down skyrocketing gas prices" on April 24, 2006. Need proof? Here is the Pelosi press release.

Any person in this country with half a brain knows Congress runs the country and gas prices have risen under a Democrat controlled Congress by more than a dollar a gallon since Ms. Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats made the promise of lower gas prices.

The fact is DEMOCRATS, including Mr. Obama, are to blame for higher gas prices. Maybe it's time they admit it.
