Amazingly he made this flip or flop on his position in Iowa, the state that leads the nation in ethanol production.

He claims he changed his position because it is now a matter of national security. We might believe that if he hadn't voted against the subsidies in the past, or if he didn't wait until he campaigned in Iowa to put on his flip-flops.
