Frontrunners skip Values Voters

For those who don't know, last night was the Values Voters debate in Ft. Lauderdale. One would think, any Republican running for president would want to be at anything the values voters are putting on, unless your name is Rudy Giuliani, John McCain, Mitt Romney or Fred Thompson.

Some of the groups behind the Values Voters debate included Phyllis Schlafly’s Eagle Forum, Don Wildmon’s American Family Association and Paul Weyrich’s Free Congress Foundation yet Giuliani, McCain, Romney  and Thompson skipped.

We're tired of these frontrunners just doing whatever they want. Especially, Thompson, the guy just got in and he is proving not to be the conservative savior he was hyped up to be.

Would someone please send us a conservative as a frontrunner? It could be Mickey Mouse, it could be Donald Duck, it could be John Cox, who at least one of our readers seems to hate. It could be Dr. Hugh Cort, who was locked out of the debate. Of course, that makes no sense to us considering the guy is an evangelical Christian as well as a counter-terrorism expert. Just give us a conservative, known or unknown, who is willing to campaign and let the voters hear their views on the issues of the day. Please stop giving us guys like Giuliani, McCain, Romney  and Thompson who hide every chance they get.
